4th year MBBS medical cadets of AFMC-24 batch participated in their Residential Field Site Training (RFST) program at Dhamrai Upazilla From 23 August to 04 September 2025 under supervision of Community Medicine and Public Health Department. Over the period, they engaged in both research and field visits designed to provide a comprehensive exposure to rural health systems and community realities. Through their research, cadets have had the opportunity to listen to people’s voices, to learn about their perceptions, and to understand their behaviours in the context of health and illness. In addition to conducting surveys, cadets also visited various levels of health facilities like Dhamrai Upazilla Health Complex, Saturia Health and Family Welfare Centre and Sutipara Community Clinic, Dhamrai.
